Taiwanese American Professionals (TAP-SF) is Accepting Submissions for 

Growing up Taiwanese in America


Entry Deadline: Monday, May 6th 2019

Eligibility: If you are a current high school junior in the 2018-2019 school year attending school in the SF Bay Area, we invite your submissions. 

If you are a winner, we require that you are able to attend the Taiwanese Cultural Festival on Saturday, May 11th 2019 in SF's Union Square (Link: https://www.tafestival.org/) and allow TAP-SF to to  display your work on our website and social media.

About TAP: TAP-SF is a non-profit organization for Taiwanese American professionals in the SF Bay Area, focused on building awareness of Taiwanese American identity. We organize events including a Taiwanese Cultural Festival in Union Square (dates this year and link) and a Chinese New Year banquet, along with happy hours, networking events, and community service opportunities. We even field a Dragonboat team!

A big part of our mission is giving back to the community and raising awareness of Taiwanese culture for the next generation.
